During your visit, we collect information about your session, including both demographic information and information directly submitted via online forms. We do not gather personal information without your knowledge while on our site.

Cookies: A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. Currently, our use of cookies is simply a matter of tracking and recording user's sessions online. For example, our logging software uses cookies to determine if the user is a repeat visitor or if this is their very first visit. At this time, cookies have no other function on our site.

Log Files: We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. Logs are not directly linked to personal information.

Links: This website contains links to other sites. While every effort is made to ensure that all links are to reputable organizations, we cannot be held liable for their contents or their privacy policies. To help distinguish when you are linking to a non-Hillside website, we open that page in a new browser window. To return to the Hillside website, simply close the window that is opened.

Newsletter: Occasionally an electronic newsletter may available for subscription. In order to subscribe we collect your contact information, such as your name and e-mail address. You may remove yourself from a newsletter at any time by following the link provided in the newsletter.

E-Mail: E-mail sent from the Hillside website is never sent unsolicited. Information that is e-mailed to you, such as weblinks or newsletters, must be requested by the user. You may be removed from any of the e-mail or newsletter lists at any time by following the information included within the mailing.

Surveys: From time-to-time, our site requests information from users via surveys. Participation in these surveys is voluntary and the user, therefore, has a choice whether or not to disclose this information. Information for event registration is submitted via email to the appropriate person for processing for that specific event. Information is only provided to people on a "need to know" basis.
